Jazzz
My mouse and all graphics "jump" 8-10 pixels whenever I move the mouse pointer or any windows around. Is this what's referred to as "Tearing"? I've seen this term used alot, but I'm unsure... I'm trying to get an AMD system with a nVidia GeForce (XFX) 6800XT AGP card (256MB) running. Also, when this system was running it would reset/repost during boot 4 out of 5 times. This was JaS 10 4 8 AMD Intel SSE2 SSE3, and I installed the nVidia Titan drivers during install. Tho it cliamed the CI/QE were supported, I just couldn't clean up the mouse tearing. It's video card is AGP. Advice please... Thanks in advance! -Jazzz *** EDIT *** a USB mouse works great! I'm now 90% working! Last thing to fix is waking up from sleep (comes to life, but I get no display) Thanks all! -Jazzz Edited March 12, 2007 by Jazzz Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/45039-geforce-6800xt-agp-tearing/ Share on other sites
