Bluetrax
I have the same problem. Install went fine, but when i booted from the drive, I would get the grey apple screen with the circle that moves...then it would freeze. I tried booting from the drive USB, and IDE, i cant get past this. I was able to with 1 setup: Intel C2D 1.8 Gigabyte DS3 CORSAIR DDR2 1GB USB HD and IDE dVD DRIVE I had 2 SATA drives, and 1 IDE that I had to disconnect before it would boot off my USB drive. Setup 2: asus a5rd1-v P4 3.0GHZ 10GB Seagate HD Wont boot from drive. On IDE or USB. I was thinking maybe its the drive, because its an unlock'd drive from my xbox..but windows loads off it fine. Hellsoap
I have the same exact problem, only with 10.4.8. It installs, when I reboot it just sits there at "Boot from CD:", because it couldn't find anything bootable on the drive.
