kalbaba
What is the cheapest PCI wireless card i can get? On the compatibility lists, it says the Gigabyte card is working. Is THIS it? Has anyone gotten any good results with this card? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/44855-cheapest-confirmed-working-pci-wireless/ Share on other sites
mspr
Hi, I have a Gigabyte WLan card (model GN-WPKG 802.11 b/g) in bundle with the motherboard and it works fine with 10.4.8 OSX but also with previous versions (10.4.6 and 10.4.7). You have to install Ralink drivers. I don't know if this card works with other motherboards, too. karmatose
Belkin F5D7000 if you can find one. If you get a version 1 or 2 theyre natively supported with airport driver. If you get a version three like me, your using the RALink drivers. Version 4 is also natively supported with airport driver.
