scudly Posted March 10, 2007 Share Posted March 10, 2007 I'm trying to get the JAS 10.4.8 to install on my P4C800-E. I know people have done it so it shouldn't be that difficult. However I'm having a problem getting any of my FAT32 formatted drives to be seen. I already have a full IDE cables on my motherboard so I'm using one of the Matrox PCI to IDE controller cards to add another HD that I can use as my OSX drive. I formatted them with Gparted and I can actually see them in Windows if I boot into XP. However when I boot into the OSX installer it doesn't find them at all. It finds my other NTFS formatted drives but not the HD attached to the IDE Card. How can I get the installer to find the hard-drive attached to the IDE card?
