J-huff
this is kinda long. Sorry, but here goes...okay I searched this forum and couldn't really find anything specifically for my situation ( but I probably easily missed it. Go easy one me!lol); I have three hard drives on my computer: a 160 gig, 80 gig, and a 320 gig. my 320 gig has windows vista on it and my 80 gig has nothing while the 160 gig has a lot of old stuff on it. both the 80 and 320 gig are sata. I tried installing 10.4.8 and it installed succesfully to my surprise but, it won't boot. whenever I try to boot with the cd in I just go back to the installation. I just can't seem to find anything on wiki on dual booting with seperate hard drives. should I create the partition in windows first then put os x on it? ( all I did was partition the drive from the mac install menu) oh and my specs are AMD athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 3800 +, 1023 mb of memory, Nforce 4 sli motherboard and a 7800 GT 256mb card. Thanks in advance! ( even if you do just give me a link that I retardedly missed haha) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/44695-alittle-help-plz/ Share on other sites
