IluvOSx86
Well im a n00b to OSx and im a n00b to this forum Im pretty Sure this topic has been talked about but i wanna tell how i got it to work b4 reading any Forum posts.... first of all u will need to partion your HDD useing the MAC OSx Installation DVD (your Choice on version) Make 2 partions Format the OSx Partion and leave the other half of the drive Unformated/unallocated AKA free space. Reboot Computer Install windows (Your choice on version) Format the drive FAT32 so OSx can share files with windows after windows is install install OSx (Any version that ur shure works with your SYSTEM!!!) Now if u press F8 key u should see two things in the list above the parigraph of text and above BOOT: thats the way i did it if the machine dont post then the OSx drive is not the ACTIVE partion or u did some thind wrong....... tracerbullet
I did close to the same, I did a complete start fresh on my drive, and made 2 partitions. One large one formatted on NTFS for XP Pro, then did a 15 gig for OSX. I've actually found that OSX will use my NTFS partition, and I can read/write no problem.
