chimerical Posted March 8, 2007 Share Posted March 8, 2007 I was trying to follow instructions for getting my ATI Radeon 9550 to work (by altering an ATIRadeon9700.kext file). I'm not sure if this is the culprit for my upcoming problem, but here it is: My bootup freezes on this line: display: vram [e0000000:10000000] ...when I use -v at bootup. Any ideas how to restore bootup to normal without reinstalling the whole thing?
