ok so i've tried booting the dvd, and the first time i did it i noticed that i just got a grey screen with apple.

so i used the -v command and it started off fine until it said something like:    ApplePS2Keyboard: Unexpected resend request....(something something...it was last night when i read it.)

and so i thought it was my touchpad and disabled it in vista and retried rebooting the dvd.

the appleps2keyboard thing did not show up at all. but i wrote down the last few lines that showed up before it just hung. and i didnt want to type out the UUID heh.

From Path: "uuid" ,

Waiting for boot volume with UUID (bunch of numbers and letters here for UUID)

Waiting on <dict ID="0"><key>IOProviderClass</key><string ID="1">IOResources</string><key>IOResourceMatch</key><string ="0">boot-uuid-media</string></dict>

Hi,

i'm having the same Problem. Tried to install some patches, but still can´'t get it to work.

After install it Boots to the Mac welcome stuff...

But after a second boot only got this error.

My config:

Foxcomm P965AA-EKRS2H with AHCI on(ICH8R) Core2Duo 6600

Gigabyte GForce 6600GT

2 Seagate SATA 200GB

2GB Ram

If I switch the SATA to standard Mac OS will not install (still waiting for root device)

Any ideas.

Thanks
