simon182
G3 isnt supported in Leopard Builds .. you can get it running in an iBook g3 but it will run really slow so there really isnt any point.. nattyalli
yes, yes i know that it'll run slow on a g3... but i just hope it won't on mine... it's a 900mhz with 640RAM. so i'm just looking for an older build to convince myself that it won't work that good ^^ Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/44092-g3-help-plz/#findComment-316158 Share on other sites
Embio
shouldnt run that slow with such specs. I'm trying to get Leopard to run on my G3 when I find time. OSinstall.mpkg is in .xar format, so we cant use the same method as we did with 9a303. 'someone' told me theres a tool on the leopard disc that would allow us to open it but 'someone' didnt tell me which one :-) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/44092-g3-help-plz/#findComment-316452 Share on other sites
