Error native openin file, while installing.

So.. Now I'am trying to copy the tiger image to the partition that I just created.

 

This is the command:

dd if=tiger-x86-flat.img of=\\?\Device\Harddisk0\Partition7 bs=512 skip=63

 

But.. it just don't work.

 

Getting error like this:

Error native opening file: 0 The operation completed successfully

 

Yes, I have verify that the partition number is correct.
