EFI is the Mac equivalent of a PC's BIOS, although IMO it's much more advanced. PCs don't have EFI, and we have not sufficiently hacked any "official" EFI to work on a PC. As such, you cannot use Boot Camp. For an alternative boot manager, I believe Acronis makes a good one. I can't remember the name though.
