dre2kse Posted February 27, 2007 Share Posted February 27, 2007 (edited) I'm installing 10.4.6 on a dell GX280 and it says it works acording to the HCL. I get all the way to the end when it goes to "Finish Up" stage of the install. Actually at 99% it says failed to verify disc and gives the option to quit install or ignore and continue. I continue and it goes to the finish up stage of the install. It starts to run the mac osx installer scripts then aborts with only restart as an option. After I restart it boots to immediatley stopping with the message: /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist not found Can someone please offer some guidance?
