Zero
Ha, As the release note of 10.4.3 that had leaked before, the DevKit DVD do contains the new Universal Input method for Traditional Chinese. You may find the DVD on the Interent, and mount the dmg file. Go to find DVD/System/Installtion/Packages/AsianLanguageSupport.mpkg, use right key to show it contents. Move the Archive.tar.gz to the Desktop, double-click on it to extract. Then you get a System Folder on Desktop. Just put the Desktop/System/Library/Compoments/TCIM.compoment to /System/Library/Componments/TCIM.componment and restart your OSX. You'll able to input Chinese Characters whenever in Intel App or PowerPC App! (I think that for Simplified Chinese, copy SCIM.componment instead TCIM.componment will do the same.)
