I have the ASUS K8V-MX motherboard with ADI AD1888 SoundMAX 6-channel I use the Mac OS X 10.4.8 Jas version and i can't get sound. Anyone could help? schneeballmaster Posted March 1, 2007 Share Posted March 1, 2007 Well, i have a similar mainboard and i also don't get sound. I tried the HDA Patcher. The sound symbol ist visible but i don't hear anything. It is curious. When is start OS X i hear a "plap" and i hear my input device (radio) for a second.
