Complete graphics distortion, X800 GTO2, JAS 10.4.8

Hi,

 

after a struggle to be able to boot OS X, i've finally managed. But I can't see a thing. On my x800 GTO2 modded to 16pp, after the apple bootlogo and the spinning wheel all I see is a blank white screen.

 

If I press "-v" at the start up options then when it tries to start the interface my screen shows multicoloured lines running down my screen. About 60% of the screen is black, the rest is just a mixture of coloured lines, different each time I boot.

 

I used the JaS.10.4.8.AMD.Intel.SSE2.SSE3 image and I'm sure I selected the ATi patches. Im 100% certain I did.
