roccoo Posted February 17, 2007 Share Posted February 17, 2007 (edited) hi guys i'm a big newbie and i searched infos in those 2 days and i just found strange and complicated solutions that i didn't understand.I have a toshiba m50 with an intel celeron m 1.5 ghz processor, graphics intel mobile 910 or 915,atheros i don't know what model wifi,i don't know what ethernet ( i'm interessed in wifi only). i tried some versions,and the only one that worked was the 10.4.1, tried 4.4 4.5 4.6 4.7 4.8 but the dvd stopped reading when the blue screen after the grey one with the apple stopped charging. i haven't got partitions, mac only (win xp was full of viruses and i am a mac user, so i couldn't stand it for much time) with 10.4.1 nothing works: ethernet, wifi, video has only 1024x780 that is very bad and 3d acceleration doesn't work, when i try to use my 120 gb external usb hd, i have a panic message (the hd is mac format, i use it with my powermac g4). the os starting is very fast, even more than a macbook pro! please help me i don't want to reinstall win xp!
