elementz
Hi everybody, after scouring the forum and the Wiki I find myself not satisfied with Info on which Thinkpad Models OSX would be running properly. Some entries in the Wiki lack information I regard as quite important (eg. does qe/ci run on the model, which drivers are needed, aso) I am especially interested in the Thinkpad Models of the T and X-Series. Wouldn't it be great to have a central list of which Thinkpad Models work properly? I propose to list the following info to each Thinkpad Model: - Hardware Specs (including FRU # if avaible) - if available: Info on SSE Version (SSE2/SSE3?) - Graphics Card (some Models are avaible with different GPU'S - some seem to work with OSX other don't) - Performance and Reliability of the Installation - Version of OSX Release - additional kexts used - Does qe/ci work? <- I think this is quite important for many people - What Hardware does not work? Once the List is close to completion, I'd be happy to post a summary on the Info and Post it all on the Wiki as well. Ok, let's help each other out on this. elementz Edited February 16, 2007 by elementz Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/42611-what-thinkpad-models-work-lets-compile-a-list/ Share on other sites
