salax
I've an AOpen EA65-II R1.08 moboard after setting up 10.4.7 i've had a few problems. For starters i have no restart, although shutdown works. I know it's not a setting from the BIOS, because i have checked the settings, and since the machine is dual boot with XP on the second partition, i know that restart from winblows works. salax
I understand what you did, but i believe that the 8.8.1 kernel is not compatible with the 10.4.7 OS. But then again, i may be wrong. Anyone knowing that detail, please let us know... dong
My T60p with Jas 10.4.8 Semthex 8.8.1 restart fine after each fresh boot, but hangs on restart when system is up for longer time. Really strange behavior that I can't understand. RyanThaDude29
My nForce4 board doesn't restart even with 8.8.1. Just have to manually press the restart button when screen goes black, or just do a shutdown which works fine. But problem wasnot gone. Also I did kernel update with script (latest.zip). Restart not works. Shoutdown works. Somebody hex edit kernel and replace some codes.(restart fix), but I cannot find that code in my kernel. Guest Snowski
Still no luck here. I tried the restart patch but OSX86 could not boot anymore. This is the only issue I have with OSX86.
