hobolooter Posted November 7, 2005 Share Posted November 7, 2005 It took me a while to get OS X installed, but once I did I was happy to see the bootup screen. Except no proper video drivers or working keyboard. To fix the keyboard I just plugged in my USB to PS/2 mouse adapter and my PS/2 keyboard then worked. The ApplePS2Controller.kext file checks for a mouse PS/2 first and then continues otherwise it just goes on to USB. As for the video drivers. I have an AIW Radeon 9600xt (shows up as a 9600 Pro in Darwin) and the best I could do was load up the ATIRadeon.kext and get the default resolution of 1024x768x32. If anyone has any information on a 9600xt or pro driver, that would be awesome to share.
