hottyson
My PC just died so I am typing this on my Intel iMac. What I have left of the old PC to build a new computer is: 512mb - 184pin DDR 226 160gb ide hd ATX 400 watt ps ATX case ide dvd drive I want to reuse these items so I need a motherboard/processor that can work with my DDR 266 RAM. Is my RAM too old, or can I find a combo deal under $100 to work with it for OSx86? If it is too old I will just get new RAM and new combo in 2008 or 2009 when I have the cash. Thank you for your wisdom and help. :glare: Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/41934-hardware-selection-help-i-have-512mb-of-184pin-ddr-226/ Share on other sites
