Guest bikedude880
I can already tell you no even though I don't know what motherboard you have. The minimum specs for the processor are (under Instructions sets) SSE2 or SSE2/SSE3. videotape74
oh. that really sucks. ok, i have another question. i have an old iMac G3 M5521. This model... http://www.dealtime.com/xPF-Apple-APPLE-IM...R-www.google.ca with 128 mb RAM. Now, the monitor is blown but everything else seems fine. I don't want to just hook up another monitor with the VGA port so is there any way that I can move the internals to a tower and use it that way? Thanks. It is quite possible to do that, though I am not sure what external ports the motherboard in that has. u need at least a cpu w/ sse2 support to install MAC OSX Dude... first off, if you read the whole topic (only 2 posts ) you would've seen that I had already answered the question. It's posts like yours that get on my nerves.
