Asrock Conroe945, install perfect (10.4.7) but on os x server no AFP service ?

on the asrock conroe945-dvi the 10.4.4jas rocks very well (very good support of GMA950) i did a very easy install.

i can install os x server (10.4.7 too) work like a charm but i was unable to start AFP service why ?

 

any idea ?

i have used 10.4.8 jas sse3 amd intel dvd + install os x server 10.4.7 : it's work VERY fine ... in production since 2 week , it's rock.
