xtraa
Hi, i checked this for a while now... when I enter the device and vendor for my nForce Hyper Transport Bridge (easy to lookup in the Windows device manager) that is 0x005e10de for my MoBo, and I put this in the famous Nvidia.kext from macvidia, just somewhere behind my graphic device/vendor ID entrys, the I get a highlighted line everytime I -v boot up, tellig me something like "device found, write combining enabled for memory range x to y". So if you want to enable it, try it. it is almost the same procedure, you did with your nVidia graphics card, so follow the instructions at macvidia:) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/4164-enable-memory-write-combining-for-nfocre4-boards/ Share on other sites

But do you notice any speed improvements? xtraa
But do you notice any speed improvements? Hmm, no speed enhancement yet. But I think this is normal without a driver ... Maybe we can use it later, when the macvidia beta will be released. btw. does anyone know something about the actual status? I can't see any changes on the site.
