gabuzomeuh
So I was looking around for a comprehensive list of the boot options (rd, platform, -v, -f etc..) but I have not found anything that lists EVERY possible boot option. Is there such a place? Is someone knowledgeable and could post all the options with what they do (and what they mean too.. e.g. "rd = "root device" i guess?) Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/41387-boot-options/ Share on other sites

gabuzomeuh
I love those "read/search before you ask" replies.. yes i did search, yes I looked at those posts, and yes, those are not comprehensive lists of what the options are. For example, there is an option that is io=0x2000 that shows you what macos finds from your bios. So I repeat the question.. is there a comprehensive list of options, what are their parameters, etc?
