macgirl
The only way to know is to see at the errors. Did you boot with -s or -x or -v options?

macgirl
What does the screen say? the logfile is what vmware is doing not what Mac OS is doing.
jackboxx
oh, sorry. this is the screen. does it say something interesting? Edited February 12, 2007 by jackboxx
macgirl
From you screen capture it appears you are booting drom the DVD instead of your Disk Installation. RAM Disks normally created with the installation DVD not from instlled OS on HD. Also try -x (safe) option.

.:' GiZmO ':.
I had the same problem with VMware. Then I realised that I hadn't installed the correct patch for my processor. Did it, and just worked fine. OS X runs fine in vmware.
