Hi there.

After some time away from OSX i decided to install it again.

My first problem occured when i booted it for the first time. I installed Natit, and it crashed the OS (I have a 512mb nvidia card).

Then I tried to use my integrated GMA950, which I used before i got the 7950GT in the first place. I disabled the PCIe card in the bios and started installing for the second time, enabling the GMA950 option. When I booted after this, it hang at the light blue screen.

I'm lost here, and pretty frustrated : <

Can anyone help me, please?

- Keiko.

when you plug a PCIe card, it's supposed to disable the internal VGA . that's the same for EVERY intel boards. the only solution you have is to chose between your 7950GT OR the GMA950 ..

Have you tried natit with another kernel ?

Thanks for your answer. I disabled the PCIe in BIOS and enabled the GMA950, thats when I get stuck on the blue screen. It seems it gets messed up when theres a PCIe card installed, even though the GMA950 is enabled. Is there a way to completely turn it off without having to physically remove it?

- Thanks

I actually got it to work!

By removing the AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext OSX started up. I wasn't able to change resolution, but after some reading I changed the boot.plist, and now everything works, CI/QE enabled. Only problem is that the mouse flickers while hovering over the dock.
