Karakino
Hi. I would like to know if there is out there a wireless pci card that got 802.11n wireless connection speed that works for windoze and maybe is recognized as an airport extreme under osx86... Maybe i can buy this: http://cgi.ebay.com/Apple-Airport-Extreme-...1QQcmdZViewItem but i don't know if the 802.11n enabler will work with this... Anyway, a native 802.11n pci card that works for both oss would be better... DiaboliK
alrighty. thats just an "AirPort Extreme" card. they are made by tons of manufacturers. they dont have N capability. as far as i know the airport cards that support N will be Atheros chipsets that support N. there may be some broadcom chips in earlier models. but i know the belkin N-1 series is based on atheros N chipsets http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatSectionView...ction_Id=203894 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/41036-about-80211n-wireless-cards/#findComment-293154 Share on other sites
