mrrrl Posted November 3, 2005 Share Posted November 3, 2005 I installed OSx86 on a AsRock 775 Dual - 915 GL motherboard using the onboard video output on a 17" AOC monitor at home. No problems, installed just fine. Took the box to work and hooked it up to a KVM switch so I could use my other computer, both on the same 19" KDS monitor. OSx86 worked just fine. I could resize the screen with no problems. Moved the Win box off the KVM switch. Hooked the monitor directly to the OSx86 box and now it won't boot. It gets to the grey screen and the wheel thingy moves, it blanks to the blue screen, then back to the grey screen with the wheel thingy and then freezes. Hook it back to the KVM switch and it boots just fine. I tried using different resolutions but no go. Any idea why this happens? or how to fix this issue?
