thepunkerguy
Ok, So I finally got OS X 10.4.8 (tubgirl version) installed on my laptop. My laptop is an Acer 5672wlmi, Core Duo T2300, 1gig Ram, 120gig SATA Hdd, DVDRW, ATI Radeon X1600 128mb video card. I tried to use the ATI X1000 driver during install but that one didn't work, it would install OSX and then it would try load up the OS and would start, but then after it loaded the video driver the screen would go black and that was it. When i installed it without the video driver all is fine, except for there is no video driver and no fancy effects in OSX. Is there a way i can get the video working correctly on this thing??!! - Mike Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/40566-radeon-x1600-drivers/ Share on other sites
