Nanosec99
P5LD2-VM <GREEN> Pentium D 805 Maxtor IDE Hard Drive Sony IDE DVD-R Drive DVD image = Jas 10.4.7 (I have Jas 10.4.6 & 10.4.8 available as well) I have disabled the onboard sound and the ITE controller in the BIOS. I have enabled CPUID (Should I turn this off?) From all my searching I was under the impression that this would be a pretty straight forward install. I think I am picking the wrong options when I install the OS. Can anyone give me some hints? Here is what I have been selecting for the custom install. (Are these correct?) Intel.10.4.7.Combo.Update Intel.SSE3 10.4.7.GMA900.Support All other options are left unchecked. When it finishes the install and reboots I get a kernel panic. (I used –v during the startup but the error message wasn’t really clear) Any help would be appreciated.
