I have this version of mac os x : JaS.10.4.8.AMD.Intel.SSE2.SSE3.iso This is my configuration : Processor : AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+ (socket AM2) Motherboard : MSI K8N Ultra 2F (AM2) RAM : 1024Mo DDR2 HDD : 250Go (SATAII) Video card : Nvidia GeForce7600GT (256Mo) When I want boot the DVD I must press F8 and use this command : "cpus=1" (because I have a dual core) However the loading is stopped here : using 5242 buffer headers and 4096 cluster IO buffer headers So, it is possible tu run mac os x on my computer ? and anybody can help me to install it ? I tried to install on my X2 3800 (939) a 1.0.4.6 version and it starts normally; however can't install it because it doesn't initialize correctly the USB system, it seems it's a known issue on NF4 Lanparty mobos... zackint0sh Posted January 28, 2007 Share Posted January 28, 2007 check if you can change jumper settings on your sata drive to put in sata 1 mode (as opposed to the faster sata II you are using). It would be slower, but i've heard of some compatibility issues w/ some sata II setups on these boards (don't recall details, you could search for posts w/ similar sata controllers and/or drives).
