SoaDMTGguy
I have sucseeded in installing OSx86 on my IBM Thinkpad T40, but now I have some questions: Question 1: I get lag when I use Expose, or bring up the Widgets, is this due to a video driver problem? If so, how can I correct this? Question 2: Is there any way to enable wi-fi support, or am I stuck with having to use wired ethernet? Lucky Evie
I installed OSx86 version 10.4.7 (JaS release) and it worked great with sound as well as wireless. I have a T30, and the wireless card is a broadcom which is not even supposed to work on the laptop The lag on expose and widgets is probably because you need to install better video drivers to support CI/LE (I think that's what it's called). This is used for the cube effects, and advanced opengl OSX uses. Look under the Genious Bar, under "Video card problems", for your own video card drivers.
