videoguru Posted January 23, 2007 Share Posted January 23, 2007 Hi guys .. I am new to mac but love the look and feel . i have one small problem... After 10.4.8 install native the machine will reboot with no sound and core graphics ( msi 945 G ) Installed a Msi 1600 pro with natit_uni 1.0 driver .. works great fixed the audio prob with azailia kext now I have one problem left and I think it has something to do with the kernel as with the native install it boots without the install DVD in the drive but with the semthex kernel I have to have the disk in the drive to boot Darwin. Once in the OS I can remove the disk The disk is JAS 10.4.8 I opted for semthex kernel as i have a core duo e6300 any help would be greatly apprec.
