Wizurd Posted January 23, 2007 Share Posted January 23, 2007 Good evening! I'm trying to install OSX86 10.4.6 using VMWare on my machine, and it's not working... Here's my hardware: E6600 C2D eVGA 680i motherboard 2GB RAM nvidia 8800GTX video I set my VMWare to Windows NT because I was getting a stack failure on FreeBSD or "Other", but no matter what I try whenever I boot the image in VMWare it loads the grey screen, Mac apple and the little thing at the bottom just keeps spinning, not doing anything. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on getting this to install on my machine? Thanks. SteveStar Posted January 23, 2007 Share Posted January 23, 2007 Directly after you boot the image you get a screen where you can choose to enter f8; you should do that. And then you must enter -s and press enter. Then you should see a lot of text on the screen.
