OS X86 10.4.4

Guys,

 

Please help me! I have download Jas Dvd OS X86 10.4.4. I burned the ISO image on a Dvd. Now, When I booted my Acer Laptop 4150. I got an error "System Config \com.apple.boot.plist not found".

 

I thought my Dvd is croupt or my download was not proper! But when I tried the same Dvd on my friend's machine it installed fine and he is using it!!!!

 

Please guys tell me using external DVD ROM DRIVE will help in this case?
