MacOSMatt Posted January 19, 2007 Share Posted January 19, 2007 (edited) hey, running 10.4.7 on Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 1.86GHz LGA775 Gigabyte GA-8I945GZME-RH Motherboard Lakeport 945GZ Chipset 300Gb Seagate SATA2 Hard Drive 1gb DDR2 667Mhz Ram nvidia 7600GT .7 works fine. when i try to update it to JaS 10.4.8, at the end of installation i get 'there were errors installing the software, try installing again' then on restart it never boots has anyone ever seen this who can give a hand? oh yeah, and whats the GMA900 that the installation has as an option? bardolino Posted January 19, 2007 Share Posted January 19, 2007 Maybe you have no SSE3 CPU. eGwan update is only for SSE3 CPU. GMA900 is in Intel Graphic Device.
