pSyGet
hi there! i've been using osx86 for 4 months now... and i'm quite pleased with it. It does everything windows does, plus a bit more. well, the fact is, since i installed it... i changed a lot my computer... from adding RAM to buying a new video card... and the only thing that still s u c k s is the fact that the PC is a little old, and the mobo is a 4 year-old ECS P4S5A, with SiS chipset, and i can't get the IDE controller to function... the HD writing/reading speed is nearly disgusting... using osX for web and other things is OK, but it's just I try to copy a file from one partition to another, and everything messes up... The specs of the mobo is: ECS P4S5A SiS chipset north bridge: SiS 645 south bridge: SiS 961 I already tried some tutorials and kexts avaliable here in other topics... but none of them seems to work... could somebody help me?? hehe Thanks in advantage!
