I'm one of the unfortunate ones that have an 'Unsupported' optical media burner. Is there any way for me to still use it? I tried using Toast 8Ti, but it won't launch, even using Rosetta. Should I exert any further effort acquiring other copies of media burning software, or will this not work and that's just that?

Alternatley, I can throw in a Combo drive from a G4, will that work? (Albeit, it's no DVD-writer.)

Thanks in advance,

-Tim
