Persa
Hi folk! I have a little problem with my wireless network card and my laptop with OSX x86. After the installation of OSX x86, the wireless network worked like a charm. But after a reboot, it suddenly stopped working. I did some research and found out that the wireless network card was inactive. So the solution to my problem is to activate the wireless network card. Here's the tricky thing. There is no switch on my laptop to activate it. To activate it in WindowsXP, I simply press fn+F2. It's with other words, controlled by software. The combination doesn't work with OSX (which is obvious) and I don't know what to do. Is there a solution to this? I've also checked the BIOS and there's nothing there. Please help me! Persa
Hi I tried what you said but I never get the pop-up. The airport is greyed så I can't choose it. Thanks for your reply, I really appreciate that. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/38391-inactive-airport-device/#findComment-274249 Share on other sites
