banz
Hi, I have a problem with flash player. This occurs to all the machine in the company. I have install the newest version of flash on all the computers with administrator account. But when the user login with their normal user account they are not able to view websites that contains flash contents. I have tried enabling all the security settings in internet explorer. They will just get the white box with a red x on it. This can be fixed by giving users local administraor access, then they will be able to view the websites that contains flash. Tried giving them power user but still no use. Is there something that I missed? I have enabled all the security options on IE and in the advanced tab for them. I have even give them write permissions to \windows\system32\Macromedia. I can't give these users admin access so is there something else I can do? Ajaxsaur
Depends on your system setup, and network setup. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/38028-expert-help-needed-with-flash-player-permissions/#findComment-280879 Share on other sites
goodoporn
I don't know what exactly it is, but you have something set wrong on the server(s). Stop wasting time on their computers, and switch your attention to the servers. Ajaxsaur
Good thing you aren't one of my engineers, I would have beat you into submission if you said something like that about one of my network machines.
