Can't install OSx86

Hi, I'm trying to install the JAS AMD SSE2 SSE3 10.4.8 iso and I get the following error, any help would be appreciated. I tried searching and couldn't find anything related if there is all ready sorry and thanks. The only thing I tried was typing CPUS=1 on the command line like some ppl suggested for some other stuff.
