Zeef
Soon I will be buying a new PC: Core 2 Duo E6600 GA-965P-S3 mobo (965/ICH8) Nvidia 7900GS video card 320MB SATA HDD I intend to triple boot XP, Ubuntu (Linux), and OS X on it. I have the very latest (at this point in time) jas DVD. Now, I think I've got most things covered, I just have a few questions. -Is there anything specific I should know when trying to attempt this with this hardware? -Which kernel should I be using? What are the differences between the two versions? -Does the so-called "chain0" method use the default XP bootloader? (if so, that is what I want to use) -After installation, what drivers will I definitely need to get everything working correctly?
