macgirl
Well the Enclosure will work, but if you read the forum the nForce 4 SATA has no working kext right now, only PATA work reliable. Guest bikedude880
Still working on it over here. Got PATA support for most boards and SATA is still in the works. macgirl
Sure, AppleVIAATA can enable SiliconImage Chipsets among VIA, and can Enable nForce Chipset too, but there is no 100% working on nForce 4 chipset, some has success on nForce SATA but they are a few luccky ones, even that AppleVIAATA can enable nForce 4 SATA Drives there are corruption problems, so at this point Bikedude's effort is a great hope for us nForce4 users Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/37967-satanf4sata-enclosure/#findComment-272515 Share on other sites
