i cant install mac in my system

hi guys i have a pc of

 

Pentium D 3.4 Ghz ,

1 Gb ram ,

80 gb sata hard disk and 80 gb of ide hard disk,

102ggc2 intel mother board

in build Ati x200 series

sony dvd-rw

 

i have mac version of 10.4.6

when i boot my mac dvd it goes inside till the first step after that it is telling me to press restart button or my power off button

 

Please guys help me
