I am capturing HDV from my Sony camcorder and during the preview it shows the movie in the preview window. Once it has captured the clips and you click on them the preview window is just a white background. Play the clips and the timeline moves across, but the preview stays white. Is this because its a Hackintosh or has anyone seen iMovie (from iLife) working? Any ideas why it may not be working? I updated QuickTime using 'Software Update' and the problem has now gone away.
