boink2k
Hi folks, OSX installation faced a bit of hiccups. Was wondering how I can get the XP bootloader back? I tried to use XP recovery's fixmbr method but Darwin bootloader is still there. Any idea how I can remove Darwin bootloader? Thanks. gotoh
boot to DOS and run FDISK, then set your XP partition as active. I think the darwin bootloader is in your OS X active partition first sector, not in the MBR... OoOoOoO
if in mbr, run FDISK /MBR from DOS. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/37827-removing-darwin-bootloader/#findComment-269688 Share on other sites
