tucow
Hi guys, yesterday i tried to install 10.4.8 on my VAIO VGN-N11S, everything boots normally BUT when the installation process was loaded -> no HDD was found. Are there any things i have to note or is this a problem with my hardware? powrslave
Did you launch the Disk Utilty from the top app bar in the install screen? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/37750-1048-on-my-vaio-vgn-n11s/#findComment-268871 Share on other sites
tucow
Yes i did, it detects the hdd.. thats why i don't understand what's wrong. Have i to create a new partition? Or can i use my previously created? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/37750-1048-on-my-vaio-vgn-n11s/#findComment-268875 Share on other sites
powrslave
you'll need to wipe out that partition and create a new fresh one. I hope you don't have any data you want because it will be gone. But you knew that. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/37750-1048-on-my-vaio-vgn-n11s/#findComment-268953 Share on other sites
