crashton79
Hi, I posted a bit earlier on this subject but got no replies. Im getting kind of desperate and the Mac people won't help with Boot Camp because it's a beta version. I downloaded the .dmg file to my desktop. I opened that and installed the Boot Camp Installer, which appears as a white drive icon. When I click on this icon--it opens up a folder with the same three files as the .dmg file--the only executable file being the BootCamp Assistant Installer. There are no options for me to run bootcamp assistant. I don't get it. What am I missing? Thanks for any help. marliwahoo
Make sure to read the boot camp directions. The program has been installed on your hard drive - in the applications/utilities folder. Do not run it from the drive icon on your desktop. Follow the directions. They are very easy.
