Need help for kernel problem (updating gone wrong..)

I have updated with 10.4.8 following the guide with the mach-kernel file posted..unfortunately I missed!!! the first step (making update with the apple combo 10.4.8) ..so now I have an nstallation with no use..I can't go to single user even..no console..do you think if I find an old kernel , 8.4.1 ( before the mess I had a 10.4.7 Jas updated system.Could you help me please..I'm getting very angry for my stupidity.I must mahe a backup of the kernel...always!!!!!

 

...i don't want to make a new fresh installation....I got a lot on this osx86 pc
