Marcvs
I have a mac and I wanted to use my MAc OSX Disc (I bought a new lic) to install OSX on my PC (powerful) I have a separate 80GB drive for the Mac, is it possible to install it straight from the CD or do I have to use another download to get the right version - My mac is ones of the power PC macs not an Intel one so I can just use that - sorry if this is covered somewhere but I couldnt see it. Donciakas
i have downloaded Mac-OS-X-10.4.7-AMD.Intel-(JaS)-ISO-Repack and on VMware machine it works good, also earlier i've tried 10.4.6 same repack, also worked (installed it to hdd). I don't think the original will work perfectly or will work at all on PC. I sugguest You to download something like me. Good luck Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/37449-installing-mac-osx-from-an-original-apple-disc/#findComment-266661 Share on other sites
